Underground Oil Storage

Storing Oil underground has become more popular with more homes using oil heating boilers. Their heating oil needs to be stored somewhere, where-as in the past people used to have bunded tank sitting in their front or back garden stading out like a sore thumb. Now we have underground oil tanks, meaning that they can be put into most places undeground and are out of sight.

The underground tanks come in different styles and specifications some will allow you to drive a car over them once installed in the ground other will onlyl let you walk or ride a bike over them.

Made from strengthened MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) these tanks are durable enough to go into the ground and last.

Piping in the tanks is made easy by the material of the tanks themselves. Normally a 1'' fitting is made at the base of the tank (this may not apply to all tanks) and piping can be started from here. We can provide you with certain peices of piping to sid in you installation.
